AmdoCraft is dedicated to training and equipping Tibetan nomads in the use of familiar resources and traditional artisan skills for small business. The nomads use yak and sheep wool, yak milk and local colourful braid to create exquisite products for you to enjoy. The profit from the sale of these unique hand made handicrafts goes directly to assist Tibetan communities. They are able to then provide shoes, clothes, and school books for their children as well as food for the long cold winter.
This unique tote bag is a new design created to be useful for your everyday needs. It features both the hand-spun and hand-loomed wool of the Amdo Tibetans and also the colourful braid of the local region. Each bag is a unique piece of workmanship reflected in the variation found in the natural colours of the woolen panels.
Each tote bag features strong straps, stitched completely down the length of the bag and into the base. The straps fall 32cm from the shoulder.
Dimensions: 30cm L x 40cm W x 10cm D.
The zippers used are top quality and designed to be easy to grasp. The bag features full lining, an external zipped pocket, an internal zipped pocket and a top zip closure.
