Shopping With Empower

How To Order

Ordering on the Empower website for purchases within Australia is easy and secure.

1-    View the products for sale, including description, price ($AUD inclusive of GST) and availability.
2-    To purchase a product specify a quantity in the “Add to Cart” box.
3-    Complete your purchase/s, review your Shopping Cart and when you are finished click the “Checkout” button.
4-    If you are a new customer complete your billing details and follow the prompts to log in.
        If you are a returning customer log in with your user name and password.
5-    Confirm your delivery information and specify any special delivery instructions.
6-    Payment is by Paypal – you will receive an email confirmation of your payment.

Delivery Of Products

We will make every effort to dispatch the products ordered within 2 working days of receiving the Order, with delivery to be made by Australia Post.

Postage & Handling

Postage & handling is $10 for orders under $100 and free for all orders over $100 for shipping within Australia.

Returns & Refunds

You can shop with confidence at Empower, knowing that we will accept all unused products for return and provide a full refund or replacement and also reimburse the cost of return postage provided the products are returned within 30 days of us dispatching them.
